Centralized client profiles with PAN, GST, contact details, service history, compliance deadlines, and assigned staff members.
Automated tracking for GST filings, ITR submissions, TDS returns, ROC filings, and other statutory deadlines with reminders and status updates.
Secure upload and storage of client documents, including GST certificates, ITR forms, audit papers, balance sheets, and working files.
Created workflow modules for routine CA tasks such as bookkeeping, filing, audits, and reconciliations with clear stage tracking and staff assignments.
Integrated invoicing, payment status tracking, service-wise billing, recurring invoices, and automated reminders for pending payments.
Built internal note-taking, client messaging, and automated email/SMS alerts for deadlines, document requests, and filing confirmations.
Added dashboards for pending compliances, upcoming deadlines, workload distribution, client-wise revenue, and team performance insights.
